A drugs education and awareness performance package for pupils

The fifty minute performance focuses on an average family and the role that drugs can play in each of our lives.

The performance is accompanied by a workshop where young people can work with the actors to consider the themes of the play, the choices made by the characters and the consequences of these.

The whole session is an invaluable tool for teachers in exploring:

- the physical and psychological effects of drug use
- the role of legal and illegal drugs
- the causes and effects of drug use
- peer pressure
- addiction
- friendship and relationships

Eyes Open is suitable for delivery in school and youth work settings.
