In January 2009 Knowsley Engagement and Participation Team commissioned us to deliver a series of workshops at the LinKed Up consultation event alongside their team of Young Advisors.

Knowsley’s Engagement and Participation Team are a valued client and an organisation that come to us again and again for drama performances and workshops on diverse range of topics, from local democracy week to Find Your Talent.

The LinKed Up Consultation was a key opportunity for Knowsley to engage a broad range of young people in shaping the services that they access and their decision to deliver the consultation in a creative way was crucial as it allowed us to create workshop sessions which were inclusive and kept the young people engaged throughout the day.

The event, attended by 55 local young people from across a range of services was a great success.

Our consultation work with young people can take a variety of formats, all designed to give young people a positive opportunity to share their ideas and engage with services. We are always keen to work with organisations to shape and develop their ideas for consultation
